1. About Premium Zone

Premium Zone is an Australian company offering high-end, custom-crafted lighting systems under our signature product line: Prime Light.

Each Prime Light system is made to order and tailored to the unique structure and style of the customer’s home. Our role is to create, design, and supply the product — we are not a general installation or contracting company.

 

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Use our content without permission for commercial purposes


3. Product Orders & Customisation

  • All Prime Light products are custom-made to suit your property.

  • Orders placed through the website require accurate information from you (measurements, preferences, etc.).

  • Once your design is finalised and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the customised nature of the product.

  • Estimated delivery and installation timeframes are provided during checkout but may vary due to external factors.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST.

  • Full payment is required to confirm an order.

  • We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party payment gateways.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, the price at the time of purchase will remain applicable for that transaction.


5. Installation Terms

  • Installation is conducted by our certified engineers.

  • You are responsible for providing safe and accessible premises for installation.

  • Any modifications or special customisation requests may incur additional charges, which will be discussed in advance.

  • If an installation appointment is missed without prior notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.


6. Warranty & Support

  • Our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty (details available on the product or invoice).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse, weather damage beyond rated tolerance, or DIY tampering.

  • Our support team is available for any queries before, during, and after your installation.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our lighting systems, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins. If there is an issue with your product or installation, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Premium Zone and may not be used without prior written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
